September 30—a time for reflection and observation for the RAIC

The RAIC is observing the first National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, on September 30, 2021. It is our intention to take this time to recognize, reflect, and commemorate the dark and harmful history of residential schools in Canada and the lasting and inter-generational impact they have had on First Nations, Metis, and Inuit communities.
