How the federal government procures real property services

Are you interested in knowing more about how federal government departments procure professional services related to real property?

This table is a user-friendly guide to the professional service streams and the various tools used for real property services procurement by the federal government.

The Office of Small and Medium Enterprises of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) produced the document at the request of a working group of the Federal/Industry Real Property Advisory Council (FIRPAC).

One of the ways the RAIC advocates for members and the profession is through membership in FIRPAC. The council is a forum for discussion between federal government departments and the private sector involved in federal real property.

If you are aware of a regional issue about federal procurement, projects and policies, please advise your regional RAIC representative or send an email to firpac@raic.org.
