Dear 2025 ExAC Candidates,
In order to support 2025 ExAC candidates to prepare for the exam, the RAIC has prepared specially watermarked versions of the Canadian Standard Form of Contract for Architectural Services –Document Six, and the Canadian Standard Form of Contract between Architect and Consultant – Document Nine, 2018 Editions.
2025 ExAC Candidates may use these versions of Canadian Standard Form of Contract for Architectural Services – Document Six, 2018 Edition, and the Canadian Standard Form of Contract between Architect and Consultant – Document Nine, 2018 Edition for the sole purpose of ExAC preparation. Authorized use for this purpose is granted as long as you are an Intern from one of the Canadian provincial and territorial licensing authorities and a registered 2025 ExAC candidate.
Once the 2025 ExAC has concluded you may not retain these watermarked versions of RAIC Contracts, in whole or in part, by any means and in any format, for any purposes of commercial or non-commercial distribution, without expressed written permission from the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
