James has spent over 30 years of his career working in commercial construction, specializing in off-site manufactured interior construction. His approach focuses on revolutionizing traditional construction methods by reducing on-site construction time, ensuring consistent quality control, achieving substantial construction standards, and eliminating construction waste.
James is a graduate of UBC in Construction Claims Prevention. James also has a degree in Farm Management from McGill University. In his spare time, James is a licensed amateur radio operator and a volunteer firefighter.
