South Shore Network

About the Network

The RAIC South Shore Network encompasses the federal electoral district of South Shore—St. Margaret's. The Network offers a series of monthly evening lectures and presentations at the Lunenburg School of the Arts; which offers workshops led by professional art educators and working artists from their historic studio space in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.

The public presentations by Network members and guests have included topics such as architectural restoration and restoration techniques, energy efficiency, history and culture, as well as profiles of specific architectural practice.  After pausing for 2020, the Network is planning virtual lectures for Fall 2021, with a hopeful return to in-person presentations in 2022.

*All meetings will be held virtually unless otherwise noted.
**RAIC members are automatically members of their closest network. We welcome non-RAIC members to attend a meeting to find out if they would like to be involved.
