Architectural Cladding Specialist
Location: Toronto
Salary: $70,000k+
We're partnering with a respected architectural practice to find an Architectural Cladding Specialist with a strong technical skillset and deep knowledge of building envelope systems.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in the details and is passionate about delivering high-quality, constructible drawing sets for large-scale and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce precise and technically accurate cladding and envelope drawings using Revit
Collaborate closely with architects and senior technologists to translate design intent into detailed cladding assemblies and façade systems
Assist in resolving complex technical issues related to the building envelope
Participate in the review of submittals and shop drawings specific to cladding elements
Contribute to project documentation with a focus on constructability and code compliance
What You Bring:
5-8 years of relevant experience in architectural production (DD,CD)
Strong proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino or other 3D modeling tools is an asset
Solid understanding of cladding systems, façade detailing, and envelope assemblies for commercial, mixed use and residential buildings
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in solving technical challenges
Strong attention to detail and a passion for producing high quality technical drawings
