The ideal candidate would have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience and an interest in existing and heritage buildings.

Main responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of project development
- Prepare contract/construction documents
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Coordinate plans and specifications with other consultants and stakeholders
- Participate in team and consultant management
- Contribute to the preparation of tenders, project schedules and cost estimates.
- Perform site review and contract administration
Your Profile
Architect licensed in Ontario (OAA)
5 years – 10 years of professional experience in contract document production, site review and contract administration.
- Computer skills: Revit, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam; and familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign. - Knowledge of building codes, historic and contemporary building envelope design, building materials and specifications. - Strong technical knowledge of construction details. -
