Elaine Pantel is a seasoned independent consultant with over 30 years of experience, including more than 20 years of providing strategic advisory services to executive leaders in the Architecture, Engineering, and Design (AED) industry. Before transitioning to independent consulting, Elaine was a Partner at a Toronto-based CPA firm, where she honed her expertise consulting in the areas of firm value generation, succession planning, financial literacy and M&A.
