Call for Volunteers - RAIC College of Fellows Working Group

Job Description: 
The RAIC College of Fellows Working Group, a subcommittee under the RAIC Governance Committee, invites two Fellows, ideally located in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces, to join this new group. 

About the Working Group: 
The primary mandate of the Working Group is to review, revise and amend the existing Rules and Regulations documents of the College. The goal is to transform these documents into a comprehensive policies and procedures manual that ensures clarity, consistency and alignment with RAIC’s governance framework and organizational objectives. 

Meeting Details: 
  • Frequency: The group will meet bi-monthly and as necessary to ensure steady progress. 
  • Format: Meetings will be held in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format, depending on members’ availability. 
  • Quorum: A minimum of five members must be present to make decisions. 
Project Timeline: 
  • Project Start: January 2025 
  • Completion of Initial Review: End of Q1 2025 
  • Draft Submission to Governance Committee: End of Q2 2025 
  • Final Submission for Approval: End of Q3 2025
