About the Role:

Are you a creative and detail-oriented Intern Architect/Technologist with a passion for retail and big box commercial design?

Our Client is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team in Toronto. If you have over three years of experience and are proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Senior Architects and Designers to develop and execute design concepts for retail and big box commercial projects.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and renderings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions, offering creative solutions and ideas.
Assist in the coordination of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project requirements.
Support the preparation of presentations and design proposals for clients.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail and big box commercial design.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.
