What a Day at Goguen Architecture Looks Like:
- Project Management: Prepare and manage project plans and schedules.
- Oversight and Supervision: Provide technical and administrative oversight on projects, with adherence to best practices and quality.
- Project Meetings: Lead and participate in regular project meetings, ensuring alignment and progress.
- Technical Documentation: Participate in planning and manage the implementation of the production of architectural technical documents, including all drawing packages and the full interdisciplinary coordination of the technical documents.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the timeliness and quality of architectural technical document submissions to clients and other project stakeholders.
- Approval Processes: Manage the preparation of all architectural technical document packages and related submittals for planning, obtaining approvals, and specifications.
- Project Reporting: Participate in the preparation of project reports and status updates as required.
What Your Experience Looks Like:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a licensed Architect.
- Project Experience: Proven experience working on large to medium-scale projects.
- Must be a licensed Architect in New Brunswick or immediately eligible for licensure.
- Software Proficiency: Revit experience is highly desirable. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft 365 suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, is an asset.
