Position Overview:
We are seeking for an Architect with a strong passion for heritage conservation and sustainable design. The ideal candidate will be caring, curious, creative, and collaborative, with technical expertise and a commitment to architectural excellence. This individual will be excited and passionate about developing and mentoring junior staff while thriving in a diverse and interdisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all local, provincial/state, and federal building regulations.
• Author comprehensive reports and assessments.
• Participate in quality control processes throughout all project phases.
• Develop and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the team’s development.

Qualifications:
• Licensed architect in a Canadian province and/or the United States.
• 3+ years of post-licensure experience in an architectural practice.
• Experience in heritage conservation and sustainable design is an asset. CAHP and LEED certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and other relevant software.
• Proficiency using AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
• Knowledge of architectural, engineering, building science, and construction principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
