THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Are you a seasoned architect with a flair for transforming spaces and driving business growth? The ideal candidate for this role will bring:
Passion for Architecture: A deep love for the industry and a diverse portfolio of projects in the institutional, public, P3 and mixed-use sectors.
Leadership Prowess: Over 10 years of experience in architecture, particularly within the Canadian market, and at least 5 years of leading and mentoring design teams.
Market Insight & Business Acumen: An in-depth understanding of the Toronto market, with a talent for client engagement, business development, and expanding market presence.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in technical programs like AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software, coupled with exceptional design and project management skills.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A dynamic and innovative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to drive projects from inception to completion while exploring new business opportunities.
Communication Excellence: Stellar presentation and communication skills, capable of building strong client relationships, leading project teams, and attracting new business.
