Job Summary:
The RAIC is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Education Administrator to support our Continuing Education department. This role serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries, manages online and in-person learning events, and oversees administrative processes related to continuing education.

The RAIC is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Education Administrator to support our Continuing Education department. This role serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries, manages online and in-person learning events, and oversees administrative processes related to continuing education.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to member and public inquiries related to continuing education opportunities and services.
- Oversee online and in-person learning events, including setup, coordination, and post-event administration.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation and participant support.
- Administer live events via Zoom, including setup, hosting, and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person events, such as venue contracts, materials, and invoicing.
- Maintain continuing education policies, procedures, and reporting metrics.
- Design, setup, and maintain related webpages on the RAIC website.
- Assist with budgeting and work plan development.
- Post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field.
- Experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, Zoom and website management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in adult education program administration.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and media production software.
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
