The first webinar of the 2025 series will focus on “hot topic” contract terms such as indemnity, limitation of liability, standard of care, reliance on information. Presented by a lawyer with strong experience and expertise with preparing contracts on the owner’s side and a lawyer with litigating contracts/defending claims on the architect’s side, the session will make for an engaging and effective learning experience.

She has practiced exclusively in construction law since her call to the bar in 2006.
