Presenter: Laurie VandeSchoot Deputy Chief Laurie VandeSchoot, MSc (Retired) builds inclusive and high-performing cultures that strengthen communities. An executive-level change agent in municipal government / fire services (32 years) and international development (25 years), Laurie is the lead consultant for NDRI-USA and serves her local volunteer fire department as the Assistant Chief. She holds several interdisciplinary degrees, including a Sustainable Development MSc, and leads international programs on diversity, executive leadership, and human relations. |
