Public space design excellence sets the stage for unique city experiences, aka, "sense of place", embracing local shops and services.

Future proofing for changing  technologies in the small business  environment,  which includes e-retail, autonomous vehicles + deliveries, plus an overheated property market, it requires streetscape design savvy to create "outdoor public living rooms" that are loved + always busy  as well as progressive tax policies.
