Who We Look For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
  • Canadian Architecture License
  • Proficiency in design phases from Schematic Design to Construction Administration
  • Experience with new builds as well as major additions and renovations
  • Strong ability to independently develop and coordinate detailed architectural construction documents
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of construction methods and experience working with detailing standards, building codes, by-laws, and accessibility requirements
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Suites
  • Strength in conveying project objectives, narratives, and concepts
  • Capable of generating design options collaboratively and of taking the lead on project direction
  • Excellent time management skills to handle evolving deadlines and client expectations
