The third and final webinar of the 2025 series will focus on common dispute resolution provisions in RAIC and CCDC contracts. We will talk about how legal authorities interpret these provisions and statutory adjudication depending on province.

Presenters

Aaron I. Grossman is Construction Counsel at Lenczner Slaght. Aaron’s practice focuses on litigating disputes within the construction and real estate sectors. Due to his many years of educational and practical experience in structural engineering, Aaron excels in highly technical cases which require expert evidence. He can speak the same language as engineering and construction professionals allowing for efficient and successful representation of his clients from the outset of a matter through to trial.

Laura Delemere provides prompt, practical, and strategic advice to clients. She advises clients through the lifespan of a construction project. She advises on procurement and contract negotiation and drafting. She also represents clients with their surety and construction disputes. She has advised clients on disputes before Independent Certifiers and represented clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation. She has appeared at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
