Your New Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and architects, to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to inform project planning and decision-making, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and accessibility standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and standards within the team.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive as a Director of Project Manager, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project and other Project Management software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
