In this Deep Dive, we’ll explore practical strategies and share real-world stories on how to:
- Build confidence through timely communication and responsiveness
- Maintain professional conduct and unity in front of clients
- Balance client advocacy with fair collaboration among contractors and consultants
- Navigate competing interests while protecting scope, schedule, and budget
- Turn difficult projects into opportunities for repeat work and referrals
Drawing on lived experiences—from custom homes and commercial retail projects to hospital boards and pandemic-era challenges—this session offers candid insights into anticipating issues, managing disputes, and reinforcing your professional reputation.
