In a society that spends 90% of its time indoors, buildings have become a powerful tool that influences the wellbeing of people. In this presentation, we will explore how well-designed architecture has the unique ability to cultivate a space that is comfortable, enjoyable, and beneficial to the health, development, and well-being of our bodies and minds.

Learning Outcomes:

At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the unique qualities and benefits of daylight vs. artificial light as it relates to human health, development, and comfort
