At any given time, architectural firms are managing countless deadlines, projects, and people. Without the proper technology in place, firms risk project delays, issues with resource mismanagement, budget constraints, and ultimately, operational inefficiencies. This has further intensified through the global pandemic and the uncertainty it has created for the industry. 
 
While operational efficiency within architectural firms is not new; how we work has fundamentally shifted with the pandemic –- giving rise to a more flexible, remote workforce. The role of technology, and more specifically – agile methodologies, is vital to effective resource decision-making and execution in this new environment.
