Your Role
As the Senior Architect - Mixed Use High-Rise, you will be at the forefront of designing iconic high-rise residential and commercial developments in Toronto. You will steer initiatives from concept through completion, collaborating with clients to shape their visions and deliver groundbreaking designs. This role offers a unique path to leadership, with opportunities to advance to associate and partner positions within the firm.
What We’re Looking For
Mastery in Architecture: You hold a Master’s degree in Architecture and Design, with an AIBC/Provincial license.
Sustainable Vision: LEED AP and PMP certifications are strong assets, reflecting your commitment to sustainable design.
Proven Expertise: You bring over 7 years of experience as an architect, designer, or manager in the mixed-use high-rise industry, ideally within a design consultancy in Ontario.
Client Whisperer: Your client relationship management skills are top-notch, and you excel at guiding mixed-use high-rise developments to success.
Technical Prowess: You have a robust technical background and are proficient in industry-standard programs like REVIT and AUTOCAD.
Innovative Mindset: You approach design with high energy, creative thinking, and a detailed, entrepreneurial mindset.
Stellar Communication: Your presentation and communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to convey complex design concepts with ease.
