Chapter 1.1: The Architect in Society 
We'll examine the evolving role of architects, their responsibilities, and the impact of technological and sociological changes on the profession. This chapter highlights the architect's role as the primary design service provider, coordinating stakeholders and shaping the built environment with a focus on sustainability and responsibility towards society and the planet. 
 
Chapter 1.2: Architect as a Professional 
This chapter delves into the unique aspects of architecture as a profession, emphasizing the technical competence and aesthetic sensitivity required to design the built environment. We'll discuss the principles of professionalism, the public need, and the regulatory framework that governs architectural practice, including the broader scope of practice beyond formal regulations.
