Chapter 1.4: Mentorship and Career Transitions
We'll discuss the growth and evolving roles of architects as they progress through different phases of their careers. This chapter emphasizes the importance of mentorship in supporting career transitions and the professional and ethical responsibility architects have to pass their knowledge to the next generation. We'll explore how mentoring relationships can support new professionals, the development of capable practitioners, and the transition to roles such as proprietors or retirement from practice.
