A builder with 30 years of experience and an expert on how to cut costs and keep quality when building or remodeling, Pagés is the author of four books published by the Taunton Press: “Architectural Polymers: Best Practices for Architects,” “Architectural Design for Traditional Neighborhoods,” “Building an Affordable House” and “Affordable Remodel.” He has won numerous national awards, including the “Green Building Single Family House of the Year” and the “Workforce Housing Award” from the National Association of Home Builders. Most recently, he has been working with New Urbanist Andrés Duany to create a new generation of manufactured homes. A well-respected, expert consultant, Mr. Pagés has helped lead the industry into the realms of New Urbanism.
