By the end of the course, you'll know how to create stakeholder and project management plans and even prepare for the Project Management Institute's PMP® certification exam.

Attention BC members - early bird prices end October 12. Register today and save $300!

But don't take our word for it; hear directly from past students:

"I very much enjoyed the RAIC PMP class with Don Ardiel, which I took in January 2020. Don is an expert in the field of Project Management and is deeply passionate about it. This expertise & passion comes through in the class, where he can translate the PMP methodology to architectural practice, using real examples and tools he has developed. At the time the class was in-person and workshopping the problems with colleagues brought a valuable different perspective. I highly recommend for those that need a hand to understand the benefits and structure of the PMP." - Emmanuelle van Rutten

"The Project Management for Architects course was extremely helpful in improving project flow in my office, managing client expectations, coordinating with consultants, and understanding project finances and overall practice. The structure was comprehensive and powerful, and Don's real-world experience and project examples were invaluable."
- Donald Peckover

Call for Submissions for 2024 Governor General’s Medals in Architecture

The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) and the Canada Council for the Arts invite architects to submit projects for the 2024 Governor General’s Medals in Architecture.

Presented every two years, up to 12 medals are awarded to celebrate outstanding design in recently completed built projects – big or small – by Canadian architects. The 2024 program, updated this season to reflect the critical values of both organizations, continues a tradition initiated by the Massey Medals in 1950. It provides an important source of understanding of the nature of Canadian architecture and the regional, cultural and historic forces expressed in the built environment.

The deadline to submit a project for consideration is December 7, 2023, at 10:00 p.m. ET. Applicants must submit their work through the online RAIC awards platform.
