Tom Heah has worked as an Occupational Therapist in the mental health field since 2002 and currently works in private practice and Vancouver Coastal Health. Tom is currently on the faculty of the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto and an advisor at the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Centre in Los Angeles, where he mentors mindfulness teacher trainees. He teaches group and individual mindfulness sessions to help improve function, manage anxiety, depression, stress, addictions, chronic pain, and psychosis.
