Bidaya AI
Bidaya AI is a Canadian technology company founded in 2024 that transforms how architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms approach competitive proposal development. The company specializes in turning dormant firm knowledge into revenue growth through an AI-powered proposal intelligence platform designed specifically for small-to-mid-sized AEC practices across Canada.

Bidaya AI addresses a critical challenge in the AEC industry: most firms have years of valuable institutional knowledge locked away in past proposals, project files, and team expertise that remains largely untapped during proposal development. The company's mission is to unlock this hidden value by transforming scattered documents and insights into a strategic asset that drives proposal success.

The comprehensive platform combines web-based proposal intelligence with seamless Microsoft Word integration, creating an end-to-end workflow from opportunity analysis to final submission. Key features include automated RFP analysis, compliance matrix extraction, AI-powered proposal generation using firm-specific knowledge, and centralized knowledge management that learns from each proposal cycle.

Bidaya AI serves as the bridge between smaller AEC practices and lucrative contract opportunities, helping firms compete more effectively with larger companies by transforming their institutional expertise into actionable intelligence for faster, more accurate proposals.
