Call for Interest: Photographer for the RAIC 2025 Conference on Architecture 

Are you a talented photographer with a passion for capturing dynamic events, engaging speakers, and architectural excellence? The RAIC is seeking a skilled photographer to document the RAIC 2025 Conference on Architecture and pre-conference workshop, taking place from May 31 – June 4, 2025, at the Hotel Bonaventure in Montreal. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Event photography expertise – Capture candid interactions, posed shots, and key conference moments. 
  • Architectural and environmental awareness – Document stunning architectural tours and the venue's ambience. 
  • Quick turnaround and editing skills – Deliver high-quality, edited images daily for immediate use. 
  • Professionalism and adaptability – Navigate a fast-paced environment with changing lighting and settings. 

What You’ll Get:

  • $1,750 honorarium (inclusive of expenses) 
  • Access to Canada’s premier architecture event  

How to Apply:

Interested photographers should submit a brief statement of interest along with a summary of photography experience to conference@raic.org (subject line: Conference Photographer) by April 11, 2025. 


Call for Fellow Volunteers: COF Marshalls and Wardens

The 2025 RAIC Fellows and Syllabus Graduation will take place on June 3rd during the annual Conference on Architecture in Montréal at the Mount Royal Centre Theatre. 

The keynote speaker will be Michelangelo Sabatino, Ph.D., Professor of Architectural History and Heritage in the College of Architecture, Illinois Institute of Technology, who will be inducted as an Honorary Fellow. 

Volunteers are needed to serve as marshalls and wardens. Please contact Chantal Charbonneau at ccharbonneau@raic.org or 613-241-3600 ext. 2014 to confirm interest in volunteering.
