The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) has announced that the Honorable Justice Murray Sinclair will be the recipient of the 2023 RAIC Gold Medal. The award is the highest honour given for a significant and lasting contribution to Canadian architecture, recognizing excellence in design, research, and education, as well as expertise, public presence, sustainability, social justice, and commitment to future architects.

Studio Crawl - The famous Studio Crawl is back and better than ever!

The Studio Crawl is back for the 2024 RAIC Conference on Architecture and will take place on May 15th. This event offers a unique opportunity to visit the offices of architectural practices in the Railtown area. Participants will see the following four studios on the Studio Crawl: KRA Kristen Reite Architecture, MA+HG, McKinley Studios, and Omer Arbel. Wait, there is more! The Studio Crawl will conclude with the Last Stop event, a separate ticketed social event hosted at the DIALOG Vancouver studio featuring music, food, and lots of fun!

The selection period runs for thirty (30) days and uses electronic ballots. Your ballot must be completed and submitted by March 29 at 8:00 p.m. ET.
