Chapter 5.6: Building Information Modeling (BIM)

We'll discuss the adoption, integration, and optimization of BIM in architectural practice, which requires operational process transformation and business model redesign. This chapter emphasizes the importance of integrating processes across the design-construction-operation supply chain, rethinking a firm's value proposition, and exploring different channels to deliver value to clients. It also covers the collaborative development and management of an integrated digital model containing information about a building's assets over its lifecycle.
