RAIC Refund, Cancellation and AI Use Policy

Use of Notetakers and AI Tools in RAIC Education Sessions

To protect participant privacy and uphold intellectual property rights, the RAIC does not allow external notetakers, automated transcription tools, or AI systems to join or monitor any RAIC education session. This includes live, virtual, and hybrid formats.

Participants may take their own personal notes but may not use AI-enabled recording, transcription, or summarization tools during sessions. RAIC learning materials and discussions contain copyrighted and confidential content that cannot be shared with third-party platforms.

If you require an accessibility accommodation that involves notetaking support, please contact the RAIC Education team in advance. Requests will be reviewed individually to ensure compliance with Canadian privacy and copyright requirements.

Continuing Education Membership Benefit Usage Policy

Continuing Education membership benefits are limited to the individual member and their assigned account. These benefits are tied to a single account, which must be used exclusively by the member to whom it is issued.

Continuing Education membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared under any circumstances. Only the account holder is eligible to receive Certificates of Attendance.

The RAIC reserves the right to revoke access, cancel registrations, and deny participation to any individual found to be using Continuing Education membership benefits that do not belong to them.
