This chapter emphasizes the collaborative role of the client and the architect in engaging and communicating with stakeholders. It provides clear direction on using project management principles and methodologies to manage stakeholder relationships, techniques for analyzing stakeholders' interests and influences, and specific processes for monitoring stakeholder engagement.
We'll explore the central role of communication in architectural practice and its impact on project success. This chapter discusses the importance of clear, concise, and unambiguous communication in various situations, from explaining roles and responsibilities to resolving construction site issues. It outlines the principles of effective communication and various techniques to help architects manage project information and stakeholders' needs.
