The Consultant Services Contract Between Owner and Consultant is a standard services contract intended for use between the owner and the consulting engineer. Originally adapted from ACEC Document 31 at the request of ACEC, this document has been updated in accordance with current CCDC principles and terminology, and aligned with CCDC 2.
