The webinar will be followed by an opportunity to ask more specific questions generated by the session.
Presenter Biography
Presenter: Mark Antczak, clinical counsellor and health educator
Biography: Mark Antczak is a Registered Clinical Counsellor that works as a clinical Educator for Anxiety Canada and run a private practice out of the Vancouver CBT Centre. Mark graduated from the Counselling Psychology Masters program at the University of British Columbia and brings a decade worth of front line mental health experience, most of which has been specialized in the treatment of anxiety disorders using therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy.
