THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Intern Architect will have some experience working with multiple disciplines in the design of mixed use high rise residential and commercial projects in Canada. The Intern Architect will ideally have experience in design and architecture with a more substantial focus on residential projects. This individual will have experience working in a design and architecture firm within British Columbia. This role will have the potential develop and grow into further leadership positions including Intermediate to senior role.
This candidate will have the following aspects;
Degree in Architecture and Design with an AIBC/Provincial license
Excellent client relationship management skill set within mixed use high-rise developments
Excellent technical knowledge and design experience within the industry
Experience working with technical programs like REVIT
Detailed approach to project management and design with an entrepreneurial mindset
High energy, innovative thinking and a dynamic approach to design and planning a must
Excellent presentation and communication skills
