For additional information, please visit our website.<\/p>\n<p>N45 is seeking enthusiastic, energetic and focused individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to both take direction and work in a team and\/or independent environment<\/li>\n<li>Experienced in working directly with clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Duties Include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architectural design, detailing and documentation on projects in collaboration with other team members<\/li>\n<li>Developing and coordination of construction documentation<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of 2D &amp; 3D CAD drawings<\/li>\n<li>Project management and construction administration assistance to project leaders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We request that only candidates with the qualifications listed above respond to this opportunity with their resume and portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to your submission.
