This is an in-person position in our studio located in downtown Moncton, New Brunswick. Under the direction and supervision of the firm Principals, the selected candidate will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and oversee production of contract documents.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate design and contract documents both internally and with external consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in internal quality control reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the work of junior and intermediate staff.<\/li>\n<li>Manage communication and relationships with team members, clients and external consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Provide contract administration including site reviews and reports, submittal reviews, respond to RFIs, and prepare site instructions and change orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 10 years of work-related experience in similar climates, including design, preparation of contract documents and contract administration. Work experience in Canada is an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of and demonstrated experience with local building envelope technology, construction methods and detailing .<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience with local building codes and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Team player and well organized.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated software expertise: Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Word &amp; Excel). Familiarity with Lumion, Twinmotion, CorelDraw, RForm and Procore an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Professional fluency in spoken and written English; fluency in French is also an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Architects Four Limited (Architects4) is a Moncton, New Brunswick full-service architectural practice with a rich history of delivering successful projects throughout the Maritime provinces for fifty years.
