Reporting to a Project Manager, the successful candidates will work on one of our many project teams to produce high standard Revit construction drawings.<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble construction drawing sets from schematic design through to construction administration in REVIT, including: site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, etc<\/li>\n<li>Work with current design techniques, building systems, and keep current with design trends, code changes, and developments to sustain and improve technical and design skills<\/li>\n<li>Prepare client presentation materials, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration and Authority submissions on a wide variety of projects under guidance from senior architects<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all work meets Adamson standards for quality<\/li>\n<li>Complete work upon agreed deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills\/Qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with commercial, mixed-use and institutional buildings (hospitals and transit)<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in producing Contract Documents in current versions of REVIT.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience using Newforma is of value<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of building technology and assembly, construction methodology, materials application and interpretation of manufacturers\u2019 requirements<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player able to work collaboratively in groups of 3-30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"job_type":[108],"job_location":[124],"class_list":["post-58359","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_type-full-time","job_location-ontario"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/raic.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_listing\/58359","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/raic.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_listing"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/raic.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/raic.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_listing\/58359\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":59112,"href":"https:\/\/raic.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_listing\/58359\/revisions\/59112"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/raic.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=58359"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/raic.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_type?post=58359"},{"taxonomy":"job_location","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/raic.org\/fr\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job_location?post=58359"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
