Join Susan Neil, president at Hanscomb, for an online, live demonstration of the Hanscomb Construction Cost Calculator—an exclusive benefit for RAIC members.
Explore the features and functionality of the calculator and see how it supports early project planning by providing reliable benchmark construction cost data. Learn how the tool can be used to test cost reasonableness, support preliminary budgeting, and inform early conversations with clients.
Following the presentation, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the calculator, its methodology, and its practical applications across different project types and regions.
This session will be recorded and made available on the RAIC website shortly afterward.
