Don’t miss the newly added plenary sessions at the Festival of Architecture in Saint John, New Brunswick, May 30-June 2. A survey of RAIC members in 2016 indicated that issues surrounding procurement are a major concern. The RAIC is creating a working group to respond to these concerns. This plenary session is the starting point. A panel consisting of members from across the country will discuss issues in their regions, steps taken to resolve them and the degree of success. The audience will be asked for their input and participation. As a follow-up, the RAIC will develop an action plan to deal with the priorities. Speakers at this plenary session include Anne Carrier, FIRAC; Steve Cohlmeyer, FRAIC; Bruce Lorimer, FRAIC; Doug McConnell, FRAIC; John Stephenson, FRAIC; and Mike Brennan, Chief Executive Officer, RAIC.
