David Collins, Partner at Zeidler Architecture, is one of the firm’s leading architects and project managers. With nearly 20 years of experience, David is skilled at all phases of project execution and is particularly adept at client and team management. His work in commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments extends across Canada, Asia, and the Middle East. David is recognized for his ability to lead complex projects in challenging conditions, exemplified by his asset renewal work such as the CF Toronto Eaton Centre Bridge and the Galleria Revitalization, the Allan Gardens historic Palm House Restoration, and Sherbourne Estates, a complete overclad and repositioning of two aging concrete rental towers. David recently presented Sherbourne Estates as a case study at The Buildings Show and the OAA Conference. As one of the firm’s Fitwell Ambassador’s, David integrates healthy building strategies into Zeidler’s work.

Dominic Bettison is a director at WilkinsonEyre, running its project portfolio in North America.  Involved in the design and construction of many of the key practice projects, his expertise has a particular emphasis on tall buildings.  Dominic led the design of the 440m high, award-winning Guangzhou International Finance Center, which upon completion in 2010 was one of the tallest buildings in China, and went on to found the practice’s Hong Kong office. He is currently leading a number of high-profile commercial schemes, including CIBC Square, Toronto and 600 Collins Street, Melbourne, both for Hines.  
  
Dominic regularly speaks at conferences and advises on various judging panels and committees, including the ‘Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats’ (CTBUH) – Urban Habitat Committee. He is currently a guest member of the Ottawa Special Design Review Subcommittee (SDRS).
