All registrations will be reviewed to confirm membership. For ease in issuing continuing education certificates, please use the name of the person who will be attending, and avoid using a general office email address. You must use your full name when joining the webinar online, in order to be issued a certificate.
Up to one week before the event - 90% refund.
Within 7 days of the event - no refund.
