The CISC has brought together excellent local speakers – such as Robert Driver from the University of Alberta (who will talk about Earthquake Engineering) with experts from outside the province – Sylvie Boulanger, P.Eng. Ph.D. ICCA-Québec and Terri Meyer Boake from University of Waterloo who will talk about The New CISC Architecturally Exposed Structural Steel Guidelines and Mark V. Holland, P.E.; Chief Engineer; Paxton & Vierling Steel Co. from Omaha who will discuss leading applications of the Building Information Modelling – to name a few. Randall Stout – the architect of the Alberta Art Gallery opening soon in Edmonton will be the key note speaker and discuss the design and construction of the Art Gallery.
