Live Virtual Sessions – Fridays Throughout the Year
Price: $1,000 (Corporate Member); $1,250 (Non-member)
These 60-minute, partner-led education sessions are delivered live online and promoted to RAIC members nationwide. Ideal for product knowledge, technical training, research insights, and thought leadership topics.
RAIC provides:
- Full event marketing (email, web, social)
- Live event hosting and moderation
- Registration, administration, and analytics
- Certificates of completion
- Support to ensure CE eligibility (when applicable)
Partner responsibilities:
- Prepare educational content following RAIC guidelines
- Provide expert presenter(s)
- Provide images, branding, and technical data
Industry Knowledge Hub
On-Demand Educational Content Hosted on the RAIC Learning Management System – Annual Subscription
Price:
- $5,000 (Corporate member); $7,500 (Non-member): Up to five webinars + one promotional video (ineligible for CE) + prescribed space for text
- $7,500 (Corporate member); $10,000 (Non-member): Six to ten webinars + one promotional video (ineligible for CE) + prescribed space for text
The Industry Knowledge Hub provides corporate partners with a year-round opportunity to share educational content directly with Canada’s architectural community through the RAIC’s Learning Management System (LMS). Partners can upload pre-recorded webinars, technical presentations, case studies, and product education sessions that members can access on demand at their convenience.
This platform extends the reach and lifespan of your educational content while positioning your company as a trusted industry resource and thought leader.
RAIC provides:
- Hosting of webinars and educational content on the RAIC LMS
- Promotion through RAIC communication channels and learning platforms
- Registration tracking and attendee analytics
- Certificates of completion for attendees
- Two lead lists annually of registered participants and attendees
- Updating content at two pre-determined times per year
- Support to ensure CE eligibility (when applicable)
Partner responsibilities:
- Provide pre-recorded webinar or educational content within RAIC requirements
- Supply presentation materials, branding, and speaker information
- Ensure content is educational and non-promotional in nature
- Notify RAIC of any updates or revisions to hosted content twice per year at prescribed times
- Provide 5 Quiz questions and answers for each webinar
- Provide three months notification prior to year end subscription
Industry Showcase at the RAIC Conference
High-Visibility Exhibition & Engagement Platform – Annual Event
Price: $2,000 (Corporate member or exhibitors); $2,500 (non-member or non-exhibitor)
The Industry Showcase is the in-person anchor of the Industry Insider Program, offering partners an elevated opportunity to demonstrate innovations, host micro-presentations, and connect with conference attendees.
Features include:
- 15-minute opportunities for education presentation
- 60-minute recorded presentation in on demand conference
- Networking with architects, students, and leaders
- Branding visibility across conference channels
RAIC provides:
- Promotion before and during the conference
- Exhibit logistics and coordination
- Optional presentation slots
- On-site support
Partner responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver educational content in accordance with RAIC presentation guidelines
- Identify and provide qualified subject matter expert presenter(s)
- Submit presentation materials, speaker biographies, and supporting resources by established deadlines
- Provide company branding, images, and relevant technical information for promotional purposes
- Participate in pre-event planning and coordination with the RAIC conference team
- Ensure presentations are educational in nature and comply with CE requirements, where applicable

Partner responsibilities:
- Venue and tour coordination
- Prepared learning content
- Safety and accessibility compliance
- Any catering or materials costs
- Provide parking
