Although this revised contract contains indemnity language which may include potential liability beyond the scope of your professional errors and omissions insurance policy, such exposure would exist even if the contract was silent on theses issues. Recognizing the substantial improvements made to the indemnification language and in other sections of the contract, RAIC no longer recommends against signing the above amended Term Contract for Consultants.
